Caltrack may offer optional premium features available through paid subscriptions. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. You may cancel anytime through your app store account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

Caltrack does not guarantee specific weight loss, fitness, or health results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
